7:45–8:30 AM • Liquid Nirvana
Begin the morning outdoors with a guided meditation to ground, reset, and move into your day with intention. This is a donation-based event, with proceeds supporting Metanoia Collective Co.’s From Grief to Growth programs.

💐 September 12 | Floral Healing
11:00 AM–12:30 PM • Liquid Nirvana
A mindful floral experience centered around the natural energy of flowers, creativity, and intention. Create your own arrangement and enjoy a smoothie from Liquid Nirvana.

6:15–7:30 PM • Marcie’s Angels Cat Cafe
Floral healing with a little extra joy. Spend the evening creating with cat-friendly flowers while surrounded by the cats at Marcie’s Angels.

A full-day immersive experience incorporating movement, breathwork, mindfulness, Reiki, reflection, and intentional practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
