II'm baaaaaack!! 🎉✈️

After an amazing trip to Europe, I'm so excited to be home and back to doing what I love—serving all of you! ❤️

Apparently, birth babies didn't want to wait either... within 48 hours of getting home, Anna and I BOTH got called to births! 😂 There couldn't have been a better way to kick off the fall season.

We are super excited to announce our lovely Anna Hiltibidal is now officially taking Tricare! She is holding down the fort while I'm off travelling with family this month. Health care in the United States is increasingly team-based, and doulas—who often provide emotional, physical, and educational support for patients during birth, the postpartum period, and beyond—are valuable members of many care teams.

***ATTENTION*** Beginning Monday, July 27 at 5 a.m., the All American Gate will close for approximately 24 months to support the All American Freeway construction project.

Please plan accordingly and practice alternate routes to help minimize delays once the closure begins.

The most convenient way for Non-DOW ID cardholders is to request a visitor pass online at https://home.army.mil/bragg/, then select the Online Visitor Pass link on the right. The All American Gate Visitor Center will remain open throughout the closure for visitors who are unable to request online.

As many places face record breaking heatwaves, hydration remains vital. Staying indoors with air conditioning, avoiding direct sunlight, and adequate hydration (often including electrolytes) are vital for everyone, but especially pregnant people.

If you are under 37 weeks and feel more than 6 contractions always contact your provider.
