Recently, staff who participated in our Annual Employee Engagement Survey were entered into a drawing for prizes as a small token of appreciation for taking the time to share their feedback. Prizes also included a TV, bluetooth headphones and a pickle ball set! Congratulations to our winners!

When our employees feel heard, supported, and empowered, it directly impacts the quality of care we provide to our patients. Investing in our team means investing in better patient outcomes.

"Because great ideas deserve to be heard and a few prizes never hurt either!" 🎉😉

It’s also a reminder that many in the LGBTQ+ community are still navigating challenges that deserve compassion, support, and action. This month and every month, let’s show up for each other by listening, uplifting, and creating spaces where everyone can feel safe, valued, and cared for. 🌈💛

Our adolescent patients participated in an activity recently where they were encouraged to recognize and accept all the pieces that contribute to their identity. Each petal represented different qualities, strengths, interests, experiences, and characteristics that make them unique.

Just like a flower is made beautiful by each of its petals, every part of who we are plays an important role in shaping us into the individuals we become. 💛🌼
