We had the honor of celebrating Don, one of our Plant Operations Services Assistants, as he officially begins his well-deserved retirement after 20 years of dedicated service to The Heritage! 👏

For two decades, Don has been a dependable, hardworking, and valued part of our Heritage family. His commitment, kindness, and willingness to always lend a hand have made a lasting impact on our residents, families, and team members alike.

Don, thank you for the countless ways you have cared for our campus and the people in it over the years. Your dedication has truly helped make The Heritage a better place, and you will be greatly missed. 💙
