We're still basking in the glow of our Women's Retreat last weekend. We explored movement with Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Joyful Dance. We experienced mind body medicine with Reiki, Guided Meditation, Polyvagal and Somatic therapy. We tried Facial Gua Sha, Infrared Light treatment, Vibroacoustic therapy, and cared for and aligned our bodies with Massage and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. We learned about primary and secondary cancer prevention, Perimenopause and Sleep Architecture support.
We ate and laughed and danced and played and cried. It was beautiful, in every way. Thank you to these brave and open and intelligent women for connecting and engaging as thoughtfully and deeply as you did.
