We’re Hiring: Director of Maintenance

Preferred Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Director of Maintenance to oversee the maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance at Avista Nursing & Rehabilitation

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, experience with preventative maintenance, and knowledge of life-safety, emergency-preparedness, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily maintenance operations
• Completing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Maintaining Life Safety Code and survey readiness
• Coordinating repairs and outside vendors
• Overseeing emergency-preparedness systems
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment

Healthcare or skilled nursing maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
