We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We are here to help you get back to better after an injury, surgery, or serious illness. We have 40 private suites as well as a skilled team of clinicians and therapists to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We are certified by The Joint Commission and CARF (Commission on accreditation of Acute

Rehab Facilities) so you can be confident you will receive excellent care at Gateway. We commonly work with people that are recovering from a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, or other serious illness.

Knowing the signs of stroke and acting quickly can save lives. Remember BE FAST:

🧍 Balance – sudden loss of balance
👀 Eyes – sudden vision changes
😐 Face – facial weakness or uneven smile
💪 Arms – arm weakness
🗣️ Speech – difficulty speaking
⏰ Time – call 911 immediately
