🌟Staff Spotlight🌟
This month we are excited to spotlight Beth Hall, one of our Resident Assistants!

Beth has been with Spring Arbor for 8 months and brings 15 years of senior living experience to our community.

Originally from Independence Ky, she now lives in Union, where she has called home for the past 29 years.
She and her husband have been happily married for 37 years and are proud parents of 2 children. One of Beth's greatest joys was having the opportunity to help care for granddaughter, Abigial, during her first five years.

When she's not at work, Beth enjoys relaxing, spending time with family, visiting the farm in Carrollton, and heading to the lake in Williamstown.

What Beth loves most about working at Spring Arbor is the people. She says her coworkers and residents are incredibly kind, and knowing she can put a smile on someone's face makes her feel good inside. 💕

Waylon the donkey surprised us with a special visit today, and our residents couldn't have been happier! 🫏❤️

One of our favorite traditions is gathering together to sing "You Are My Sunshine" to Waylon before he heads home. The smiles, laughter, and sweet memories he brings with every visit make these moments so special. We can't wait to see him again soon!

Our Memory Care residents enjoyed their very first lunch outing, and what a wonderful day it was! 🍽️🎉
We celebrated Judy's birthday with great food, lots of laughter, and meaningful conversation.
The fun did not stop there, even a bathroom break turned into an impromptu dance party 💃

Smiles, memories, and special moments were shared by all. We can't wait until our next adventure!

🌟Resident Spotlight: Marcy🌟

This month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Marcy!

Marcy has been part of the Spring Arbor family for 3.5 years. Marcy was born and raised in Covington Ky. When she was 15 years old, her family moved to Latonia, where she met her high school sweetheart, George. They were married in September 1959. This year they will be celebrating their 67th wedding anniversary!! Together they raised two sons and now have 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

As an Army wife, Marcy traveled to Germany and explored Europe with her husband. Together, they have accomplished the incredible goal of visiting all 50 states!

Marcy has always been active throughout her life. She played softball and volleyball as a teenager, then turned to jogging. She later found that she could walk faster than she could jog and would walk the Florence Mall.

Marcy and her husband share their appreciation for the staff here at Spring Arbor, describing them as cheerful, helpful and always willing to lend a hand.

Yesterday, our Spring Arbor family was honored to be part of the Florence Memorial Day Parade. 🇺🇸

As we waved from the streets of our community, we were reminded that Memorial Day is more than a celebration, it’s a time to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave so much for our freedom. Seeing our residents, staff, families, and community come together made the day even more meaningful.

Thank you, Florence, for allowing us to be part of such a special tradition. ❤️🤍💙
