Before you start your weekend projects, yard work, gardening, golfing, or motorcycle rides, take 2 minutes to loosen up your body!

✅ Roll your shoulders backward 10 times
✅ Gently turn your head side to side
✅ Stretch your hamstrings for 30 seconds each side
✅ Take a short walk before tackling big projects

Many of the aches and pains we see on Monday start with weekend activities. A little preparation can go a long way!

This weekend, we pause to remember the men and women who never made it home.
Memorial Day is not about barbecues, sales, or even honoring living Veterans and Active Duty service members. There are other days for that.
Memorial Day is for the fallen.
For those who gave their lives in service to this country.
For the families who carry that loss every single day.
For the empty seats, the folded flags, and the names etched in stone.
This weekend, may we remember their sacrifice with gratitude, humility, and respect. 🇺🇸
