Join me Thursday, September 17, at Mind Garden for a sound bath that gives you space to get quiet, settle into your body, and simply receive.

Bring a mat, a pillow, and a blanket, then get cozy, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you for a while.

If your brain has had approximately 47 tabs open all summer, may I suggest floating around in a pool while someone plays singing bowls for you? 😂

The next Floating Sound Bath is this Sunday evening in Folsom, and there are still a few spots available.

You'll float on an air mattress in the pool while listening to a sound bath as the sun sets around you.

You just get to float.

No sound bath experience or swimming skills necessary. You can even wear regualar clothes as your feet will be the only part of you getting wet.

Not comfortable on the water? You can also enjoy the sound bath from land if floating isn't your thing.

Have you ever been so busy keeping up with everything that you haven't really stopped to ask yourself if the life you're keeping up with is actually working for you?

That's what we'll be exploring at this Thursday's sound bath at Mind Garden.

We'll start with a guided meditation to slow down and turn our attention inward, noticing anything that might feel a little off, heavy, or simply no longer right for where we are now. Then we'll move into the sound bath and give our brains and bodies some time to be quiet without needing to figure everything out immediately.

Sometimes a little space is exactly what we need to hear ourselves more clearly.

I don't know who needs to hear these things (actually it's me, I needed to hear these things 😉 ), but I hope they serve you well!

Today is the new moon in Leo/ solar eclipse and this is powerful energy for planting the seeds of what your want your life to blossom into over the coming months. What old patterns/habits/beliefs can you get rid of and what things do you want to make room for?

Maybe these little reminders can give you some inspiration.

✨ Cosmic Moon Healing is turning 4! ✨

Four years ago, I started Cosmic Moon Healing with one simple hope: to help as many people experience Reiki as possible.

Since then, that mission has grown into sound baths, floating sound baths, Reiki trainings, workshops, and so many beautiful collaborations with local businesses. But my favorite part has never changed.

It’s watching someone walk into a session not quite sure what to expect… and leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected to themselves, and realizing something meaningful just happened.

Whether you’ve come to a sound bath, booked a Reiki session, brought a friend, shared a post, or followed along here, you’ve been part of making this dream grow. I truly appreciate you.
