Calling all moms with little ones ages 0–3!
This 30-minute class was created just for you. Bring your baby or toddler along. No childcare to arrange, no pressure if your little one needs a cuddle, diaper change, or wants to explore. We know life with little ones isn’t perfectly quiet, and that’s exactly why this class exists. ❤️

It’s a chance to reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and spend time with other moms who truly get it.

✨ Spots will be extremely limited so every mom has plenty of space for herself and her little one.
