Our next Conscious Cannabis Breathwork Journey is happening THIS Saturday night! Join Melanie Melanie Lighthouser and Marisol Marisol de la Rosa 🌹 for an evening of ceremony and realignment with the sacred plant teacher, cannabis, and your beautiful breath!

We will gather in circle, invite intention, imbibe together, and journey in Ward for about an hour and a half, before having some quality reflection/journal/art time and a brief closing circle.

Together we ground, set intentions, release what no longer serves, and open to joy, presence, and connection. (and a lot of laughter)

Our circle weaves drumming with voice as we sing healing, empowering songs, allowing sound to move through us and bring us back into harmony with ourselves and one another.

This Saturday!
Priscila is bringing the last of her Sacred Balance workshop series as we explore the crown chakra energies!
This embodiment focused workshop creates the opportunity for pause, renewal, and access to the balance we are all seeking. In this restorative, trauma-informed workshop, we will gather in community to awaken our five senses as we learn about the Crown chakra by engaging in guided reflection, gentle chakra-balancing movement, and connection practices. Each workshop participant will receive a themed and nourishing refreshment, as well as a Crown chakra-balancing take-home resource to support your continued balance. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary. You are invited to come as you are, enhance your connection to your best-self, and soften into balance.

Our next Visranti: Cacao & Sound Healing with KC and Jayu of is coming up NEXT Saturday night!

The Sanskrit word “Visranti” means repose, symbolizing a state of deep rest and connection within our being.

This experience combines the heart-opening effects of cacao with an immersive sound bath featuring gongs, flutes, crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, and more. We’ll start with a ceremony to honor and receive the magic of pure Colombian cacao, rich in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, and calcium. Known for its mood-enhancing and heart-healing properties, cacao will prepare your body, mind, and spirit for a sonic journey of healing vibrations.

After the Cacao ceremony, you’ll settle into a supported, reclined, or traditional Savasana pose to fully absorb the sound healing. The cost of self-investment for this experience is $40.
