Although I grew up in an extremely religious home, the sheltered environment awakened a curiosity in me to find a more expanded meaning of life behind the narrow confines I was accustomed to. My path after the umbrella of religion was not an easy one and as is typical of young adults who leave extremely insulated homes in search of a new horizons, I encountered many obstacles. I made mistakes in m

y young adult life. In my effort to rebel against religion I focused purely on the physical, on everything other than my meaning of spirit. For years I strengthen my body obsessively, thinking that this was the key to true happiness, until I hit the proverbial “wall”. I couldn't understand why I was so depressed. I had reached the pinnacle of physical form with intense discipline and determination, but had an aching feeling that something was very wrong. Something was missing. It took many more years and difficult lessons to realize that for me, just strengthening my body was not enough. A strong physical body without a deep connection to mind and soul left me feeling empty. I finally realize that for me, my true path, my “bliss”, was a fully integrated combination of mind, body and spirit. Through my journey I realized how the past forms our present. I now know that all the answers and solutions to our challenges lie within us. My mission is to help others on their journey to realization of a fully integrated mind, body and spirit. My most satisfying achievement will be to help someone identify and overcome the obstacles that are keeping them stuck, keeping them from living there life at its full potential. If I can be an instrument in helping you find your own peace, love and happiness; if I can train your body, discipline your mind and help you awaken your spirit, I feel I have done my job. There would be no greater satisfaction for me. With that my working philosophy is based around self-love, self-happiness, inner peace, compassion and acceptance of living life in a complete abundant and prosperous state of mind.

I find it sad that there are good people who need a large part of their lives trying to recover from things that have been done to them by people who are broken...

Don’t fit into the mold of hurt people hurt people.

If you feel broken, if you feel mad, if you feel angry, you don’t have to bring others down because of it.
Work on yourself instead.

Healing  our souls requires forgiveness towards ourselves and others. I have to forgive myself for falling for it, as well as forgive others for taking advantage of that naivety that once was there. Why is this happening is a powerful question to ask ourselves but more than anything what is this teaching me and how can I grow?

At the end of the day those who are not meant to be broken remain intact….and those who attempted to infict pain agonize in the pits of your own hell.

I see it daily and all I can feel is unconditional love. I don’t need to cause more pain but I will protect my own divinity and stay away from many things situations and people that dont care to raise there consciousness to a higher level and live the life they deserve.
