Self care of yourself isn’t always obvious.
Sometimes it looks like quiet moments, creating, and letting your mind settle.
This is one of mine.

Sandtray helps make sense of things that are hard to put into words.

Journaling, meditation, or counseling can do that too.

It’s about finding what helps things feel a little clearer.
