We are so proud of our Information Systems Manager, Tom Mathias, and our Director of Life Enrichment, Terri Walker, for recently completing the LeadingAge Indiana Leadership VIP Program! And a special shoutout to our Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Starcher-Lane, for serving as a coach for the program as well! 🎉

Tom and Terri are both incredible assets to our residents and staff, and we are so excited to see all they continue to accomplish! Congratulations, Tom and Terri! We are so proud of you both! 👏

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾❤️ We are so lucky to have so many furry friends who are part of the Byron family! From visiting pups to our staff's own beloved four-legged companions that come in daily, our dogs bring so much joy, comfort, and companionship to our community!! 🐶🐕💕

For our August Teaching Kitchen, our residents learned how to make delicious Energy Bites/Protein Balls with our Dietary Department! 🥜🍯

It was a fun, hands-on activity, and an even better treat to enjoy afterward! 😋
