Karen came to Heritage Park following a stroke and worked with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

Her walking and transfer abilities have improved since beginning therapy, and she is able to move to assisted living today! Karen is a very caring lady who loves to meet new people and has a great sense of humor.

We wish her the best in her move. She is so excited!
