I’ll be at a Mental Health Fair this Saturday 💚

There will be so many amazing vendors and community resources there, from therapists and wellness providers to organizations offering support, education, and tools for taking care of your mental health.

If you’ve been thinking about therapy but didn’t know where to start, this is a really good space to come by, explore your options, and ask questions.

I’ll be there sharing more about my work supporting first-generation individuals and children of immigrants navigating anxiety, family dynamics, and identity.

📍 Stop by, say hi, and connect

🌷 As a first gen, I had a timeline for everything…. anyone else?
Many of us were raised with a clear idea of what life
‘should’ look like: graduate on time, build a career, keep moving forward, make your family proud.
But real life doesn’t always follow that timeline and when it doesn’t, it’s easy to feel like you’re falling behind. The truth is, different paths don’t mean failure or that you are behind in life. They often reflect real life circumstances, responsibilities, and experiences that aren’t always visible. Where you are right now is valid and comparing your journey to others can make you lose sight of how far you’ve actually come 💚
