Happy HAPPY happy 3 year Beelieve-versary, Steph!!!
Ms Stephanie has been part of our Aledo story from the very beginning! She has been there since we first opened our doors almost three years ago, helping build the culture, relationships, and sense of community that make Aledo so special. Since day one, she has been the glue that holds our Aledo clinic together, and it’s impossible to imagine the clinic without her!
No matter how busy things get, you can count on Steph to greet you with a smile, jump in wherever she is needed, and somehow find a way to help. Whether she is helping a family, supporting a therapist, solving a scheduling puzzle, answering a question, or tackling something completely unexpected, she does it with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to serve. There truly isn't a thing she wouldn't do for someone on our team!
What makes Stephanie even more special is the way she lives out our iCREATE values in everything she does. Her integrity, compassion, respect, empowerment, advocacy, teamwork, and commitment to elevation aren't just words—they show up in the way she cares for our families, supports our team, and approaches every part of her job.
She brings joy and positivity to Aledo and has become someone our entire team knows they can depend on. Her willingness to step in, figure things out, encourage others, and do whatever she can to make someone's day a little easier never goes unnoticed. She has played such an important role in helping Aledo grow into the clinic it is today, and we are so thankful she has been along for the journey from the very beginning.
