🐝💛 Happy 2-Year Beelieve-versary, Addi! 💛🐝

From the moment Addi joined our Aledo team, she brought an energy and enthusiasm that is truly contagious. She has a way of making every day a little more fun, whether she's working with her patients, encouraging a coworker, or bringing laughter to the clinic. Her positive attitude and vibrant personality make her a joy to be around and a valued member of our team. She is always willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed. She is a true team player who supports her coworkers, embraces new challenges, and consistently goes above and beyond for the children and families she serves. Her dedication, flexibility, and willingness to lend a hand do not go unnoticed. Most importantly, she brings her whole heart to what she does. She builds meaningful relationships with her patients and families while creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and succeed. Her passion for helping others shines through in every interaction.

Our Aledo OT Bumblebee of the Month is Jason! 🐝
🙂Jason is charismatic, runner, fast, foodie and loving (cuddler)!
🏆My greatest accomplishment thus far in therapy is: Increased joint attention, demonstrating a stronger ability to understand and follow directions and respond appropriately. He has also made wonderful progress in his self-help skills by consistently using a spoon independently.
🕷If I could be any superhero or princess, I would be: Spidey!

Meet Saige, our newest Speech Therapist! 🐝💛

Saige graduated from Oklahoma State University and is passionate about helping children build confidence through communication, connection, and play!

She has experience working with a variety of communication and feeding needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech sound disorders, language delays, AAC users, feeding difficulties, apraxia, dysphagia, and more. Before becoming a Speech Therapist, she also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving her valuable experience supporting children and families across a variety of needs.

When she's not in the clinic, you'll probably find her checking out a new coffee shop, cooking or baking something delicious, or going on a foodie adventure with her husband. She and her high school sweetheart are proud pet parents to their dachshund, Brûlée, who is absolutely their whole world.

We are so excited to have Saige in our hive and can't wait for you to meet her!

🐝 Meet Olivia! 🐝

We're excited to introduce Olivia, one of our amazing Occupational Therapists!

Olivia graduated from Rockhurst University and has spent the last four years working with Pre-K through middle school students in school settings across Kansas, Washington, and the DFW area. She is passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in everyday life.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Olivia loves visiting her family and helping in her parents' garden whenever she gets the chance. In her free time, she enjoys baking sourdough, reading by the pool (she's aiming for 30 books this year!), working out at the gym, and caring for her porch flowers.

We're so happy to have Olivia as part of our hive! 💛🐝

This month's Queen Bee is none other than Claire! As our OT Lead, intensive guru, and resident "doer of all the things," Claire is a constant source of support, wisdom, and positivity for our team.
Claire brings joy wherever she goes and has a remarkable ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers alike. She approaches challenges with thoughtful insight, offers valuable perspectives, and is always willing to step in wherever help is needed. Whether she's treating our intensive kiddos, supporting fellow therapists, or helping solve a problem behind the scenes, she does it all with grace, enthusiasm, and a servant's heart.
Her encouragement lifts up those around her, and her dedication to our mission helps make Beelieve a better place every day. We are so grateful for all that she does and the countless ways she impacts our team and the families we serve.
