If only that little girl knew everything life had in store for her. 🥹❤️

The beautiful moments, the heartbreaks, the unexpected detours, the dreams that came true, and the ones that changed along the way.

She had no idea how strong she would have to become, how many times she would have to start over, or how much beauty she would find in the most unexpected places.

And while life may not have turned out exactly as she imagined, I hope she knows I never forgot about her.

I’m still carrying her dreams, her curiosity, her wild spirit, and that little spark of magic she always believed in.

And if she looked at me today and said, “You made it,” I’d smile and tell her, “We did.” ❤️

Arcana is becoming SOLAURE Wellness Studio

A new name. A new chapter. The same heart. 💜

As our studio continues to evolve, it felt like the right time for our name to evolve with us. We’re so excited to introduce SOLAURE Wellness Studio. ☀️

Inspired by Sol — the sun — and the idea of golden light and radiance, Solaure represents warmth, energy, transformation and the light we each carry within. It feels beautifully aligned with what this space has become and where we’re headed next.

While our name is changing, the heart of our studio is not. You’ll still find the sound baths, Reiki, energy work, spiritual experiences, classes, private sessions, gatherings and retreats that have made this community so special.

Our new tagline says it simply:

Sound • Energy • Connection

Over the coming days, you’ll begin seeing the Solaure name appear across our website, social media and studio. If you’ve known and loved us as Arcana, you’re already part of Solaure. 💜

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has walked through our doors, rested on a mat, experienced the bowls, shared their energy with us, traveled with us, or simply supported this little studio along the way.

P.S. Our website will be taking a very short pause—just a day or so—while we give it its Solaure makeover and update our new name and branding. We’ll be back online soon!

There are some experiences that stay with you long after you’ve returned home.

Our Rooted Soul Women’s Gathering in Bali was filled with connection, laughter, adventure, beautiful ceremonies, unforgettable moments, and the kind of conversations that happen when women give themselves permission to simply step away and be. 🤍

We came from different places and different seasons of life, but for one beautiful week, we experienced Bali together—and created memories I know I’ll carry with me forever.

And the journey continues…
Our next women’s gathering is Rooted & Radiant at Mt. Shasta, April 29–May 3, 2027. 🏔️🌿

It’s hard to put into words what this week meant. 🌺
We came to Bali from different places and with different stories, but for one beautiful week, we stepped away from our everyday lives to slow down, reconnect, explore, laugh, heal, and simply be present.

There were sacred moments and silly moments. Adventures, conversations, beautiful meals, tears, so much laughter, and connections that I know will continue long after we’ve returned home. 🤍

Watching these moments back already makes me emotional. This retreat was everything we hoped it would be—and in so many ways, so much more.

There is WAY too much to fit into one recap, so consider this just the beginning. 🥹🌿 More Bali memories are coming!

To every woman who trusted us enough to say yes to this adventure—thank you. You each brought something special to this experience, and Bali will forever hold a little piece of our story. 🇮🇩✨

Why Bali? 🌿

When we first dreamed about creating a women’s retreat abroad, Bali felt like the place.

There’s something about this island that invites you to slow down, soften and become more present. Spirituality isn’t something tucked away here, it’s woven into everyday life. You see it in the offerings, the temples, the flowers, the gratitude, the connection to nature, and the beautiful intention behind even the smallest moments.

That’s exactly what we wanted for our Rooted Soul Women’s Gathering.

We didn’t want to create just another retreat. We wanted to create space for women to step away from the noise of everyday life, experience a different culture, reconnect with themselves and one another, and come home carrying something with them that lasts far beyond the trip.

And somehow, sitting here beneath 1111 feels pretty perfect. ✨ A little reminder of alignment, new beginnings, and trusting where the path is leading.

Tomorrow our retreat officially begins, and I’m so excited to welcome this beautiful group of women and experience Bali together.

What a weekend. ❤️✨

This retreat was filled with laughter, adventure, meaningful conversations, incredible women, breathtaking Sedona views, wolf kisses, drumming on Bell Rock, nourishing food, creativity, healing, and so many moments we’ll never forget.

Watching complete strangers arrive on Friday and leave feeling like lifelong friends is one of the greatest gifts of hosting these experiences.

To every amazing woman who trusted us with your weekend—thank you for bringing your authentic selves, your open hearts, and your adventurous spirits. You made this retreat everything it was.

Our cups (and hearts) are so full. Until the next adventure... 🐺🌵🥁💛
