Is it really working when you get to cheer your friends on when they race?! Saleena is with EX2 Adventures and their Cranky Monkey MTB race. Meanwhile, Dave and John are supporting our friends Maryland Interscholastic Cycling League at Button Farm. The picture they sent would’t come through, so I found one that works 😉🤭😂

We now have our Babysitter Course back on the schedule!! This class is designed for kids 11+. They will get a two year certification in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED, Standard First Aid with Epi-Pen training, and Babysitting! They go home with a CPR/First Aid Booklet, a babysitter bag with crafts/activities, and a first aid kit. Check the website for more information or to register. All classes are held in Frederick, MD.

In this 8 hour class, students will learn what it takes to become a safe, fun, professional babysitter along with learning standard first aid.

Sometimes you just have to brag a little!! We have not dropped off the face of the earth. Saleena spent the last month in Lander, WY getting her Wilderness EMT. She passed with flying colors and got the results from National Registry today with another pass! Dave was holding down the fort, doing what he does. And what he does is EMS! Congratulations Dave for 30 years of “Protecting and Serving”!

We have been super busy the last couple of weeks, teaching classes and working races. Today was our last NICA MTB Fist Aid class of the season. It was a great class to end with.

We are at the beautiful Lake Anna with our friends Broad Run Off Road for their Summer Sizzle AR. They have definitely brought on the sizzle! Make sure to hydrate and take in those electrolytes! I promise I am working and not just hanging with all of my friends 😂

We had limited cell service today so just a little late posting. Saleena had her amazing assistant, Riley, helping her out today at the EX2 Adventures Rails to River MTB day. It was great seeing so many friends out there.
