Today was such a great day at Conscious Healing! We had the opportunity to tour Milestone Treatment Center, and I’m so grateful to Chris Wiertz and Nancy Rilee for taking the time to welcome us and show us around.
The tour was amazing, but what really stood out to me was the conversation. It’s always exciting when you sit down with another organization and realize just how closely your missions and values align. At the end of the day, we’re all working toward the same goal — helping people find hope, healing, and a path toward lasting recovery.
I truly believe that strong partnerships are one of the most important parts of building a better recovery community. When organizations come together, share resources, learn from one another, and keep the client at the center of everything we do, we can make an even greater impact.
Thank you again, Chris and Nancy, for your time, hospitality, and the great conversation. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to building a meaningful partnership with Milestone Treatment Center in the future! 💜

I’ve had quite a week! 💜
As I move through different facilities each week and have the opportunity to introduce people to Conscious Healing, I’m continually reminded of just how much our team cares—not only about who we are as an organization, but more importantly, how we serve our clients.
At Conscious Healing, everything we do is with the intention of asking one simple question: What is best for the client?
In Business Development, our role is about so much more than representing a company. It’s about making sure the experience we promise is the experience our clients actually receive. And I can say with complete confidence and truth that when we say we want what is best for the client, we mean it.
We work hard to meet people where they are when they enter recovery—to provide the support they need to begin rebuilding their lives, while also looking deeper to address the root of their substance use so they have the opportunity to truly grow and heal. 🌱
At Conscious Healing, we believe recovery is about more than simply stopping substance use. It’s about healing, growing, discovering who you are, and finding a path forward. ❤️
I’m incredibly grateful for the team at Conscious Healing and for the passion they bring to this work every single day.
And to everyone working in the behavioral health and recovery field—thank you. 🙏 Your commitment to helping people who struggle with substance use find answers, healing, and a path to recovery matters more than you know.

Ross, thank you for the wonderful tour as well. It gave us an opportunity to spend some valuable time talking, connecting, and brainstorming new ideas about how we can work together to better serve the clients in our community. 🤝💡
I don't think a lot of people realize just how hard Business Development Representatives work behind the scenes. We are constantly out in the community building relationships, making connections, learning about the needs of our partners, and looking for ways to create opportunities that ultimately benefit the people we serve. ❤️‍🩹
Today was a great example of why these relationships are so important. It's not just about referrals—it's about collaboration, communication, and finding better ways to help clients get the care and support they need. 🙌

💜✨ Healing starts by addressing the root cause. ✨💜

At Conscious Healing, we believe that lasting recovery begins with a trauma-first approach. When we take the time to understand why someone is struggling—not just what they're struggling with—we create a stronger foundation for healing. 💜
Last week, we had the privilege of being out in the community connecting with incredible case workers, probation officers, peer recovery specialists, and so many other professionals who work tirelessly to help individuals with substance use disorders find the right path to recovery. 🤝
As we shared what makes Conscious Healing unique and explained our trauma-first philosophy, the conversations became deeper, connections became stronger, and exciting new partnerships began to grow. Together, we are building a network of support that puts people first. 🌱
