Monday – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday – 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday – 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Sunday – Closed

Also, we will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

The fitness floor remains open during non-staffed hours for those members with 24/7 access.

Phase 1 is complete and parking is open on the east side of the lot, in front of Rehab. Phase 2 will begin tomorrow but will be blocked off this evening (west side of the lot, including the main driveway, and back parking lot).

We’re making improvements to the Tamarac Wellness Center parking lot with milling and repaving happening in two phases:

Phase 1 – May 11
East side of the lot, in front of Rehab

Phase 2 – May 14
West side of the lot, including the main driveway, and back parking lot
