After completing our Early Intervention Program in-center, it has been so exciting to watch our clients continue building independence as they integrate into schools and the community!

Community-based sessions are such an important part of developing functional life skills, and a big shoutout to Ms. Jessica for amazing sessions at the library, mall, and museum targeting safety, functional communication, and adaptive living skills. Across each setting, they practiced appropriately requesting to leave an area by gaining an adult’s attention and using functional phrases like “let’s go” and “come on” rather than wandering away. They also worked on independent clean-up skills while generalizing communication and listener responding skills across new environments.

We are so proud of the progress being made in natural community settings and love watching these skills come to life beyond our center after completing our Early Intervention Program! 💙

At ABA Results, we are incredibly proud of our supervisees and the hard work they continue to put into becoming the next generation of outstanding behavior analysts! 💙

Today, our supervisees presented their Comparison, Component, and Parametric Analysis projects as part of their BCBA and BCaBA supervision training experience.

A Comparison Analysis examines multiple interventions to determine which treatment is the most effective and efficient for producing meaningful behavior change. A Component Analysis breaks down an intervention package to identify which specific components are responsible for the behavior change being observed. A Parametric Analysis evaluates how changing the intensity or amount of an intervention impacts outcomes, helping behavior analysts determine the most effective level of support for each learner.

These types of analyses are critical in the field of ABA because they help ensure treatment is individualized, evidence based, efficient, and socially significant for every client. They allow future behavior analysts to make informed clinical decisions that lead to meaningful, lasting, and generalizable behavior and skill change across environments.

Our supervisees continue to demonstrate incredible clinical thinking, compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the science of ABA. We are so excited to watch them grow into phenomenal behavior analysts who will make a lasting impact on the lives of the individuals and families they serve.

For Mother’s Day, we loved welcoming all of our wonderful moms and grandmas to our centers for Muffins with Moms! 🧁💙

Mother’s Day gives us the opportunity to celebrate the incredible women who pour so much love, strength, patience, and dedication into the lives of our clients every single day. From advocating tirelessly for their children to celebrating every milestone, comforting during difficult moments, and showing unconditional love through it all, our moms and grandmas are truly remarkable.

At ABA Results, we are honored to walk alongside such amazing families and to witness the impact these women make in the lives of their children. Thank you for trusting us, supporting your children so fiercely, and being such an important part of their growth and success.

Here’s the scoop… we LOVE our BCBAs, BCBA-Ds, BCaBAs, Clinical Managers, and Clinical Directors! 🍦💙

As we wrap up Staff Appreciation Week, today we are celebrating the incredible clinical leadership team behind ABA Results and Lee Autism Academy!

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts at the Doctoral level (BCBA-Ds), and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) are the clinicians responsible for assessing behavior, developing individualized treatment plans, analyzing data, supervising therapy staff, training caregivers, and ensuring each child is making meaningful progress through evidence-based ABA therapy.

A BCaBA is an undergraduate-level certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and works under the supervision of a BCBA while assisting with treatment planning, supervision, and clinical support. A BCBA is a master’s-level clinician who independently designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. A BCBA-D is a BCBA who has also earned a doctoral degree in behavior analysis or a related field, bringing advanced expertise, leadership, research knowledge, and mentorship into the field.

Today we also recognize our Clinical Managers and Clinical Directors, who help lead our teams, mentor staff, maintain clinical excellence, oversee programming, support families, and ensure our centers and classrooms continue to provide the highest quality of care possible. Their leadership, decision-making, and dedication help keep everything running smoothly while continuously supporting both our clients and our staff.

Yesterday we celebrated the future of ABA! 🎓

As part of Staff Appreciation Week, we are recognizing our amazing supervisees who are currently in school working toward becoming BCBAs and BCaBAs, and of course, celebrating them and all our dedicated staff with lunch!

These dedicated team members are balancing school, supervision, studying, fieldwork hours, and full-time work, all while continuing to provide compassionate and high-quality care to the children and families we serve every single day. Their commitment to learning and professional growth is truly inspiring.

A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) are advanced certifications through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Individuals pursuing these certifications complete extensive coursework, supervised fieldwork, and certification exams focused on the science of behavior analysis and evidence-based intervention.

At ABA Results, we are proud to support the next generation of clinicians and leaders in the ABA field. Watching our supervisees grow in confidence, knowledge, and clinical skill is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Our Staff Is ALL THAT… and a bag of chips!

Day two of Staff Appreciation Week is all about our incredible Lead Registered Behavior Technicians—our LRBTs!

Our LRBTs are the leaders within our therapy teams. They not only provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to our clients, but they also help guide and support our RBTs in the rooms each day. From modeling strategies and ensuring treatment fidelity to helping troubleshoot challenging behaviors in the moment, our LRBTs play a critical role in maintaining the high-quality care ABA Results is known for.

They serve as a bridge between our RBTs and BCBAs, supporting communication, assisting with training, and helping ensure that each child’s program is being implemented consistently and effectively. Their leadership, experience, and clinical judgment make a meaningful difference not only for our clients, but for our entire team.

To become a Lead RBT, individuals must first be certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as an RBT, and then demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, and leadership abilities within the field.

To our LRBTs: thank you for stepping up, leading with heart, and being ALL THAT (and yes… the chips too!). We appreciate everything you do! 💙

We Are Muffin Without You!

As we kick off Staff Appreciation Week, today is all about celebrating the heart of what we do at ABA Results, our incredible Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!

RBTs are the dedicated professionals who work 1:1 with our clients each and every day, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs designed by BCBAs. They are the ones turning goals into progress, challenges into breakthroughs, and everyday moments into meaningful learning opportunities. From communication and social skills to daily living and behavior reduction, our RBTs are truly changing lives, one session at a time.

So, what exactly is an RBT? An RBT is a paraprofessional certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. To become an RBT, individuals must complete a 40-hour training, pass a competency assessment with a BCBA, and successfully pass a certification exam. Once certified, they receive ongoing supervision and training to ensure they are providing the highest quality of care.

At ABA Results, our RBTs go above and beyond. They bring energy, compassion, creativity, and consistency into every session, and we truly could not do this work without them.

To our amazing RBT team, thank you for being the sweetest part of what we do. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙

Happy Earth Day from our Gainesville Early Intervention Center!

Today our little learners celebrated this important day through hands-on arts and crafts, engaging ABA activities, and meaningful sensory play experiences. From exploring textures inspired by nature to creating Earth-themed projects, our children were fully immersed in learning about the world around them.

Through the use of ABA therapy, we intentionally incorporate these activities to build communication, social skills, and early learning concepts in a fun and meaningful way. By pairing play with structured teaching strategies, our team helps each child develop skills while fostering curiosity and a love for learning.

We love creating opportunities for our children to explore, engage, and grow, today and every day!
