This is the guiding principle behind Gallup Community Health (GCH). Created by local physicians and healthcare workers concerned about the lack of primary care access in Gallup and McKinley County, the New Mexico

county with the largest primary care provider deficit according to the US Health Resources and Services Administration. Mission: Gallup Community Health’s mission is to provide excellent and accessible medical care to our community, regardless of ability to pay. Vision: We envision a community where each member achieves their optimal potential wellness.
