Here at Saule Yoga, we strive to create a space where people come together through mindful movement to promote vibrance, balance, and harmony at the same time as establishing a sense of community and synergy where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We practice yoga as individuals, each of us coming from a different background and starting point, but we support each other, creating an inner strength and peaceful energy that radiates through our bodies and community each and every day.

The reason talk therapy doesn’t get to the root of the problem is because the root is in the body 🤲

Grief is something we all live with. Whether it’s a BIG grief like losing a loved one who’s no longer earthside❤️‍🩹, or a “small” grief like losing a job, going through a breakup, losing a part of ourselves, etc. it lives in our bodies

Even growth is a part of grief as things change and a part of us longs for the way they used to be

Somatic healing isn’t about overly analyzing what happened, it’s about moving it out of our body through specific movements and breathing techniques that have been proven to lessen the weight we carry
