We couldn't wrap up Physical Therapy Appreciation Month without celebrating Andrew and Tiffany Nielsen! 👏

These two are so much more than the owners of Rehab Solutions. They are the leaders behind the vision, the people who continue to push us forward, and two individuals who care deeply about the profession of physical therapy and the community we call home.

From growing Rehab Solutions and creating new opportunities for our team to investing in the future of healthcare in Northeast Wyoming, their impact reaches far beyond the walls of our clinics. They lead with purpose, continue to raise the bar for patient care, and remind us that what we do is about so much more than physical therapy. It's about people.

Behind every successful rehab journey is a provider who cares enough to keep pushing, encouraging, and celebrating every step forward. Today, we're giving a shoutout to Brianne Kartes, Braeden Knudson, Riley Mitchell, and Tacey Fischbach! 👏

These four bring different perspectives and areas of expertise to our Gillette team, helping us serve patients with a wide range of needs. Whether they're helping someone return to the sport they love, navigate pelvic health concerns, rebuild strength after an injury, or simply move through daily life with more confidence, their work has a real impact on the people who walk through our doors.

Colin Fulton, Emily Swanson, Kristin Knudsen, and Sarah Pietron are such an important part of what makes our Gillette clinic what it is. These four bring so much to our team, and their impact reaches far beyond the treatment they provide each day. From encouraging patients through the hard days to celebrating the little victories that lead to big progress, they play a huge role in helping our patients get back to doing the things they love. 💪

Being a PTA takes compassion, patience, teamwork, and a genuine investment in the people you serve. These four show up for our patients and each other every day, and we are so grateful for the energy, knowledge, and heart they bring to Rehab Solutions. Our clinic wouldn't be the same without them!

Our Rehab Solutions crew had a BIG weekend outside the clinic! 🍂💚

From the mountains to the marathon to a little fall creativity, our people were busy!

🦌 Andrew headed out and shot a MONSTER elk!
🏃‍♂️ Braeden took on the Blue Sky Trail Marathon!
🎃 And our ladies — Terri, Brianne, Danielle, Kayleigh, Tacey, Jerrica, Tiffany, and Sarah — got together to decorate succulent pumpkins! 🌿

We love seeing our team doing what they love, making memories, chasing goals, and enjoying a little fun outside of work. We may spend our weekdays helping others move better, but we sure know how to keep ourselves busy on the weekends, too! 😂

What a crew! 🙌

Turns out, being a physical therapist teaches you a lot about LIFE.

You learn that progress takes patience. That the little wins are sometimes the biggest ones. That everyone has a different starting point. And that showing up on the hard days matters just as much as showing up on the good ones.

This Physical Therapy Appreciation Month, we’re celebrating the people behind the profession — the ones who get to witness the grit, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the moments when a patient realizes they can do something they once thought was impossible.

Our PTs spend their days helping people move better, but along the way, they get a pretty incredible front-row seat to the human spirit. And we think that’s something worth celebrating. 💚
