For the month of June we are focusing on Healthy Habits that Stick!
"You don't need perfect. You need consistent." Small daily habits are what keep your body feeling good - not occasional big efforts.
Why Habits Matter:
• Your body adapts to what you do most often
• Skipping movement leads to stiffness and pain
• Consistency improves mobility, strength, and healing
• Even 5 minutes a day can make a difference
"1 hour once a week ❌️ vs. 5-10 minutes daily ✅️"
The 2-Minute Rule:
Make starting ridiculously easy!
• If it takes less than 2 minutes, do it now
• Start small ➡️ builds momentum
Examples:
2 minutes of stretching before bed, 10 squats while coffee brews, or shoulder rolls during TV commercials, etc.
