Today we had the privilege of celebrating the wonderful fathers of Highland Ridge with a special lunch at Roadside BBQ.

These men have lived lives full of hard work, sacrifice, wisdom, and love. They have built families, served their communities, and helped shape generations. It was an honor to spend time with them, share a meal, and celebrate all they have meant to so many.

Happy Father’s Day to all of our dads at Highland Ridge! Thank you for the stories, laughter, guidance, and the example you’ve set for those who follow behind you. We are blessed to have each of you as part of our Highland Ridge family. ❤️

Yesterday we celebrated someone very special at Highland Ridge… Pam! After years of dedication, hard work, compassion, and commitment, Pam is officially retiring. While we are so excited for her to enjoy this next chapter of life, there is no denying she will be greatly missed by our residents, families, and staff.

Pam has been a steady presence at Highland Ridge for the last 7 years. Her calm spirit, kind heart, and willingness to always help others have made a lasting impact on everyone who has walked through our doors. She has helped keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also building meaningful friendships and relationships along the way.

Retirement is never just the end of a career… it’s the celebration of years spent serving others well, and Pam has certainly done that.

Thank you, Pam, for everything you have poured into Highland Ridge over the years. Your fingerprints will forever remain a part of this place.
