Bello Machre provides a lifetime commitment of loving care for children and adults with developmental disabilities. We promise family members that we will always be there for their loved ones. We support over 200 people in 49 community homes and help more than 100 children, adults, and families in their own homes and communities. Founded by parents of children with developmental disabilities, our

name means home of my heart in Gaelic. We are an amazing organization in need of volunteers, donations, and funding. Beating the heat never tasted so good! 🍦

With the temperatures rising, a group from our Community Development Services (CDS) program recently headed out for ice cream to cool off and enjoy some time together.

At Bello Machre, our CDS program provides opportunities for people to build friendships, explore their communities, and enjoy meaningful experiences based on their interests. This outing was the perfect way to beat the heat while spending time with friends.

Our Carroll County Community Development Services (CDS) group recently enjoyed a trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore for a day of learning and fun! The group had the opportunity to learn about animals from around the world and even got the chance to pet a few.

At Bello Machre, our CDS program provides educational and engaging opportunities for the people we support to learn more about the world around them while building friendships and enjoying new experiences.

🎨🐦 Creativity in Action! 💙✨

Recently, members of Bello Machre’s Community Development Services came together to create and decorate beautiful birdhouses. 🌟

Everyone enjoyed assembling the birdhouses and painting unique designs. Some individuals even helped their friends put the pieces together, making sure everyone had a wonderful time! 💛
