There’s always something special happening in Healthcare at Greencroft Goshen! 💙🍎🚲

Last week, our residents enjoyed some creative fun by making adorable apple bag crafts together! It was a wonderful opportunity to get creative, spend time with friends, and enjoy a fun activity right here on campus. 🍎🎨

Then, the fun continued when Gnargo Bike Co. stopped by with a Trishaw and gave one of our memory care residents the chance to enjoy a fun ride! 🚲💚

Moments like these are what make life at Greencroft so special. Whether we’re creating something together or getting out for a little adventure, there’s always an opportunity for connection, smiles, and making memories.

A big thank you to Gnargo Bike Co. for bringing the Trishaw to campus and helping make this experience possible for our resident! We can’t wait for the next ride. 😊

This past Friday, our residents at Evergreen Place Assisted Living got to enjoy something a little different—a ride around the beautiful Greencroft Goshen campus on the amazing Trishaw bike! 🌿😊

Residents Roy Stern and Leona Diener were among those who hopped on for a ride, and it was wonderful to see them enjoying the experience!

And for Roy, this ride was especially meaningful. When he turned 80, Roy biked an incredible 80 miles! 🚴‍♂️💪 So it’s safe to say that cycling has always been a pretty big part of his life!

We love finding ways for our residents to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the community from a whole new perspective. 💚

Here’s to more rides, more sunshine, and more adventures around campus! ☀️🚲

Not too long ago, residents of Manor II and Manor III enjoyed a very special concert—and the best part? All of the performers were Greencroft team members! 🎤🎸🎶

Our talented staff put on a wonderful show for the residents, filling the air with music, smiles, and plenty of joy. It was clear from the happy faces that everyone had an amazing time! 😊

Refreshments were also served, making the afternoon even more enjoyable. And our wonderful chaplains were there joining in on the fun, spending time with residents and helping spread even more joy throughout the event. 💚

We’re so grateful for the talented team members who shared their gifts with our residents and for everyone who helped make this such a memorable afternoon 🎶🏡

Recently, our residents at Evergreen Place took some time to show their appreciation for the incredible Goshen firefighters and paramedics who care for and support our community. ❤️

Residents spent time making heartfelt thank-you cards to let our local first responders know just how much their dedication and service mean to them. ✉️🎨

It was a simple but meaningful activity—and a wonderful reminder of how much we appreciate the people who are always ready to answer the call and help when our community needs them.

To all of our local Goshen firefighters and paramedics: thank you for everything you do! We are so grateful for your care, compassion, and commitment to our community. 🚒💚

Yesterday, we were incredibly proud and honored to kick off the River Bend Film Festival right here at the Greencroft Goshen Community Center! What a fantastic day of films, stories, community, and connection 💚

Residents and members of the Goshen community came together to enjoy some amazing short films, including: "Cycling Without Age", "Sincerely, Ric", "Mall Video Store", "On the Stream", and more! 🎞️✨

One of the highlights was getting to hear directly from the crew behind Cycling Without Age and learn more about the behind-the-scenes process of bringing the film to life. We were also thrilled to welcome one of the film’s Trishaw bike riders, who shared her story and even gave some of our residents the opportunity to experience a ride for themselves! 🚲💚

The Trishaw is an incredible piece of engineering that gives people with mobility challenges, including those who use wheelchairs, the opportunity to enjoy a bike ride with the help of a rider. We’re grateful to Gnargo Bike Co., which makes these amazing bikes right here in the United States, and especially to Zach for being here to represent them and share more about what they do. 🚲❤️

And the fun doesn’t stop there! The Riverbend Film Festival is happening now, and TODAY the Trishaw bike will be out and about in the Goshen community, giving some of our Healthcare and Assisted Living residents the chance to enjoy some fun rides of their own! ☀️🚲

A huge thank you to Riverbend Film Festival, everyone who helped make this incredible day possible, and all of our wonderful volunteers and Team Members who worked so hard behind the scenes to bring it all together 🎬💚

Last week, one of our residents spotted a White Great Egret making its way around the Greencroft Goshen campus—and what a sight it was! 🐦✨

Seeing one of these beautiful birds is always a special treat, especially since they’re not a common sight around our area. Our campus is home to so much wildlife, and you never quite know what you might discover while taking a walk or simply looking out your window! 🌳🌸
