Take a deeper look at the subtle side of yoga, the layers you can’t always see, but can absolutely feel.
In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundational concepts of prana (your vital energy), the nadis (pathways that energy moves through), and the chakras (key energy centers in the body). While these ideas come from traditional yoga philosophy, we’ll approach them in a way that feels grounded, clear, and practical, so you can actually use them in your teaching and your practice.
This workshop is great for yoga teachers who want to better understand how these concepts show up in a class setting and how to thoughtfully weave them into sequencing, cueing, and overall class experience. At the same time, it’s accessible and valuable for students who are curious about the “why” behind what they feel in yoga and want to deepen their personal practice.
We’ll connect these concepts to breath, movement, and awareness, helping you move beyond theory and into application. Expect a blend of discussion, simple practices, and real-world examples that make these teachings feel less abstract and more usable.
Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) will receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for participation.
