Can't make it to the Voices of Valley Variety Show on June 23? You can still support Music Therapy and brighten a resident's day!

As part of our Music Therapy fundraiser, family and friends have the opportunity to purchase a special serenade for a resident. Members of our Music Therapy Department, along with special guests, will personally deliver a musical performance and a flower to each resident receiving a serenade.

Serenades will be delivered on June 18 and 19, creating meaningful moments of joy, connection, and music for those we serve.

This is a wonderful way to honor a loved one, let a resident know you're thinking of them, and support the Music Therapy program if you're unable to attend the Voices of Valley Variety Show at Calvary Lutheran Church on June 23.

How to Purchase a Serenade for a Resident
1. Visit the Serenade for Music Therapy page & select "Purchase a Serenade" for $20.
2. Select the number of serenades you would like to purchase.
3. Enter the resident's name and any requested information about the resident.
4. If available, include a special message to accompany the serenade.
5. Enter your name and contact information.
6. Complete the payment section with your preferred payment method.
7. Review your information for accuracy.
8. Click Donate or Submit to complete your purchase.
9. Watch for a confirmation email or receipt confirming your order.

We recently celebrated Mother’s Day with a colorful tribute. We’re grateful to UND Garden Club for sharing their extraordinary talent, instructing us to craft lovely floral arrangements. We are so fortunate at Tufte Manor for all the community engagement we receive.

This week, we celebrate the 💚 of care at Tufte Manor, and today we’re shining a light 🔦on the incredible nursing team during National Nurses Week! 🩺

Nursing is so much more than medications, treatments, and clinical expertise. It is noticing when something feels different before anyone else does. It is offering reassurance during moments of uncertainty. It is advocating fiercely, listening closely, and showing up with steady compassion day after day.

At Tufte Manor, our nurses build meaningful relationships with residents and families, providing care that honors each person’s dignity, preferences, and story. They celebrate progress, offer comfort in difficult moments, and help make each day feel a little more like home. 🏠Their work is demanding. Their impact is immeasurable. And their commitment helps create the safe, compassionate environment our residents deserve.
