⭐️⭐️ 2/10 would recommend.
I keep hearing she gives the most relaxing facials in town, but apparently being related gets you an entirely different experience.
I’m not even sure what I book anymore. I’m just told I have an appointment and she decides what we’re doing when I get there. Facial? Sure. Brow tint? Apparently. Nose wax? Didn’t know we were doing that, but okay.
We’re usually on a time crunch, so relaxation is immediately removed from the itinerary.
Most of the appointment is spent extracting approximately 400 things from my face.
Me: “Ow.”
Her: “You’re fine.”
Me: “OW.”
Her: “Stop moving.”
I’m also repeatedly told, “Will you JUST close your eyes?!” Apparently I’m not allowed to supervise what’s happening to my own face.
Then come the “spicy” treatments with no warning. If I ask for the fan, I’m called a crybaby and told I’m fine.
I’ve also recently learned everyone else gets a hand massage. Interesting. I have never received one. Apparently she’s “not wasting her time on that” with me.
So whatever magical relaxing facial you guys are booking, it is NOT the one I’m getting.
Oh, and my appointment apparently comes with terms and conditions because I’ve somehow agreed to take her kids for the weekend.
2/10 experience.
10/10 skin.
My skin looks fantastic.
Will be returning because I’ve been informed I have to. Apparently my skin is no longer mine—it belongs to her because she “did all this hard work” and I’m not allowed to ruin it.
See you whenever she tells me I have another appointment, I guess. 🙄
