For those who signed up for the sound bath tonight, see you soon, dress and layers as I cannot control the air-conditioning and sometimes this room is a little chilly.
I have Matts pillows, blankets, and eye pillows for you to use.

Use the west door, go down the stairs, and down the hall.
May 26th, 5:15
Space is limited, so you must reserve your spot.
I have yoga mats, cushions, blankets, small pillows for your comfort.

I’m working on creating a 3 class series that is all about regulating your nervous system. We tend to take on a lot and can be in the fight or flight mode on a regular basis. In these 3 classes we will learn and do techniques that will help you regulate your nervous system.
