Just an update For all of our Banner Patients. We have been informed that in 2027 some of your benefits have changed. You still have 3 plans to choose from (Value Plan, Premier Plan and now there is a Banner Preferred Plan).
Banner Choice plus will no longer be available this plan is being replaced by the Banner Preferred plan. If you have the choice plus plan we are not sure how this will affect your coverage in our office (we are in network) once we find out the details of this plans coverage we will gladly inform you of any changes in our office.

With that being said please make sure that you call 970-330-2171 and get scheduled in our office while you still have great coverage in 2026. Appointments are limited and booking up quickly.
