Members of Beyond Health, a local group of health agencies and organizations, came together today at the Brown County United Way to promote the new Community Health Assessment survey. Until the end of September, we are seeking the perspectives of anyone age 18 or older who lives, works, or learns in Brown County.

The answers will appear in the next Community Health Assessment. This report gives a snapshot of our community’s health and helps set future health priorities.

⚠️SEVERE WEATHER NOTICE⚠️

Brown County has once again been placed into a level 3 risk of severe weather for Sunday night (7/26) into Monday morning (7/27).

Possible Threats Include:
Winds up to 70mph
Hail (1 to 2 inch)
Tornado (lower threat for Brown County)

NOTE: Being in the alert area does NOT guarantee the worst of the storm will affect everyone in that area, but it does show the area of greatest risk for impact.

Storms are expected to arrive in Brown County between midnight - 2AM which will make it very important that you have ways to receive weather warnings that will notify you while asleep. Tornado sirens are NOT meant to be heard indoors and should NOT be your primary alert method while indoors or while asleep.

It is important to STAY INFOMRED before heading to bed tonight to be aware of any updates.

Stay safe!
