We look forward to partnering with you on your wellness journey. Please follow the steps below to schedule your appointment through our online self-scheduling portal.

📋 How to Schedule Your Appointment​
Access the Portal: Click on the link that says "Schedule your appointment."

Select Your Session Type: Choose between an In-Person or Telehealth session based on your preference and availability.
Choose Your Time: Select a date and time that works best for you to submit your appointment request.

⚠️ Important Practice Policies

State Residency Requirement Services are strictly limited to North Carolina residents only. By requesting an appointment, you confirm that you are a resident of North Carolina.
Insurance & Billing: While we accept most major insurance plans, it is the client's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider prior to the session. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to confirm your benefits, copays, or deductibles.​

24-Hour Intake Packet Policy: Once your appointment is requested, you will receive an intake packet. All intake documents must be fully completed within 24 hours of your requested appointment time. Failure to complete the paperwork within this window will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment.

While there are many valid approaches to couples therapy, we exclusively employ Christian strategies. If you require a different specialization, we recommend seeking an alternative provider.

Important Details: Insurance: Verify your coverage for Christian-based therapy with your provider prior to booking, as insurance coverage varies.

​Family Therapy: An individual intake session is required before family therapy can begin. Please coordinate with your therapist prior to requesting these services. Scheduling: We do not offer consultations prior to the first full session.

Notice for Appointment Requests All appointment requests require at least 24 hours' advanced notice. We are unable to accommodate same-day or short-notice requests. If your desired time falls within this 24-hour window, please select a different date or time through the portal.
