🎉 Please join us in congratulating Micah Montgomery as our October Employee of the Month! 🎉

In just about a year as our Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, Micah has made a remarkable impact. He takes the time to meet our patients, get to know them, and find ways a volunteer can bring connection and companionship to their day. He sees the person, not just the patient.

He's also welcomed many new volunteers to our team and built a new online onboarding and training system that helps them get started quickly and feel ready to serve.

But what stands out most is how Micah treats people. He always has a smile to share and speaks to everyone with genuine interest, making each person feel seen and valued.
