Our owner and therapist Rich Crowell was asked to be the keynote speaker at the end of year "Greenies" athletic banquet at Camden Catholic High School. He was honored to receive an alumni of the year award by showing his dedication, leadership and commitment of the school on and off the sports field.

Now that May is here, many of us are getting fully back to our outdoor routines. Whether you are hitting the local trails, getting back on the golf course, or cheering from the sidelines of a soccer field, your movement journey is likely in full swing.

However, as we increase our activity levels, it's common to notice that our bodies aren't responding quite like they did last year. Shaking off the winter rust often takes more than just a few weeks of light activity.

Make sure you have a plan to slowly ramp up activities so that your body has time to adjust to new demands!

Cherry Hill Soccer Club runs a great recreational program for boys and girls of all ages. They just finished up their spring season, but keep an eye out over the summer for fall sign ups! We are happy to support such a great organization that helps kids stay healthy and active!
