Jayden Cima

Jayden has made an incredible first impression since joining our team! His eagerness to learn, positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic have already made him a valuable member of the Show-Me Community Services family. We are excited to watch him continue to grow and succeed!

We also recognized a Client STAR Player internally this month as part of our employee and client recognition program. We are incredibly proud of the growth and accomplishments being made by the individuals we support every day.

He leads with a positive attitude, provides meaningful coaching and observations, embraces our Tools of Choice philosophy, and never hesitates to step in wherever support is needed. His reliability, leadership, and commitment to our mission have helped strengthen our team during a season of tremendous growth and change.

At Show-Me Community Services, we believe growth deserves to be celebrated.

Trystan has done an outstanding job maintaining open communication and asking questions to continue learning and growing in her role. She has quickly built a strong connection with her client through outings, walks, and encouraging exercise while also working hard to understand their needs and support them during difficult moments.

What an Incredible Week at MAPA!

We had an amazing time attending the MAPA Conference with public administrators from across Missouri!

At Show-Me Community Services, opportunities like this mean everything to us. Being able to connect face to face, share what we do, and learn more about how we can better support individuals and the professionals who serve them is truly invaluable.

* We loved meeting so many dedicated public administrators
* Building new relationships and strengthening existing ones
* Sharing how we support individuals in living their best lives through ISL, Host home, and Day Program services

Our team was proud to represent the heart of what we do.. Service, Teamwork, Acceptance, and Respect, and show how we can be a trusted partner in supporting individuals across our communities.
