Our mission at ARTS AND REC,LLC is to help all individuals with special needs meet their desired goals of health and well being. Using art-based Therapeutic Recreation and visual arts we will help all to experience leisure, art, and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will teach and encourage our students to use the arts to be creative and express themselves.

Our teens programs are up and running. Join us for Multimedia Art Class Mondays at 5pm, Teen Drums Alive on Tuesdays at 4:45 and Saturday Funday for kids and teens every other Saturday 9:30-11:30 (this program is sponsored by DDS). These classes re a great way to get creative, meet new friends and have fun!

Happy September! It's hard to see summer end and what a summer it was! It started with our annual art show which was a great night. Then we got busy... Kite flying, trips to Honstra farms, Quincy historical society and Next chapter book store. We had a great time at Hanover ESY program creating art, dance and drum alive with all the kids. We added a new classes, Make, Mix,Glow. We even through in a wonderful paint night "paint with your loved one" to celebrate the tall ships and American 250!

Inspire CBDS added some new vocational opportunities - Quincy pediatrics rotating gallery, baking cookies for the Cohasset farmers market and trips to the grocery store for all the supplies.

It has been a busy but fun and very creative summer. Keep a look out for all our fall activities!

It is that time of year again! We want to thank our runners who have been training hard for the Falmouth road race. Thank you so much to Tee off for Trish foundation. Their generous donation to the ARTS AND REC scholarship fund will help so many of our participants continue to be creative and learn new skills.
