Hartland Place is an attractive option for seniors who may no longer be comfortable living in their own home but don't need round the clock medical care and supervision of a nursing home. We had such an incredible day of fun, laughter, and community at our Hawaiian Carnival this year!🎡🏁
Our residents had a wonderful time making memories alongside families and children from our community as everyone enjoyed exciting games, delicious food, and live music.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to our Lake Country Caring fundraiser.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to our wonderful community partners from Elite Hospice, Badger Hospice, LLC, Lily Medical Group and Compassus Hospice for volunteering at our game stations and helping make this event such a success. Thank you to Fizzed up for our delicious dirty sodas! We couldn't have done it without you!😊 Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped create such a memorable day.
