Itā€™s about compassion, trust, community, and showing up for people during some of the biggest moments of their lives.

Somewhere along the way, birth became something people are taught to fear.

I had my first baby at 16. I was young, overwhelmed, and unsure of myself.

Then at 19, I experienced what I call my redemption birth ā€” a birth that changed me completely. I left feeling powerful, informed, heard, and deeply connected to myself in a way I never expected.

That experience lit something in me. It sent me on a path of wanting to help other families experience that same empowerment in whatever way they envision it.

Whether your birth is medicated, unmedicated, hospital, home, cesarean, or somewhere in between ā€” you deserve support, education, advocacy, and to feel safe and heard through it all.

Birth can be transformative.
And no one should have to walk through it alone. šŸ¤
