That full moon did not disappoint. The dam has been broken and we are full swing in baby mode.
First baby came on Monday night. It’s not every birth we laugh through, but for this mama, it is the best medicine and we are happy to administer. Having a long birth history with this one, we get excited every time, because it is always a fun time.
Precious Elizabeth had her own story to write, and it was a good one. New house, no white carpet to worry about, like the last house, so baby chose the only white tile in the house instead. 😂 Gotta love it!

I love serving families of different ethnicities than our own. We learn so much and it enriches our lives. Baby Igor was not a typical second birth, but beautiful, just the same. Sometimes all I can say is “where did you put this baby!” He is a big boy. Good job mama!

Loooong time friends of our family, it was so fun to be a part of this one’s birth. It was a beautiful, nearly a lunch hour birth on a clinic day. This mama welcomed birth after a long haul of kidney stones, and let me tell you, I know first hand that birth is nothing once you’ve experienced those. So proud of this mama.

As always, this mama is so kind to us midwives, always so accommodating with her births. She births like the pro she is....
