Here are a few ways we like to cultivate calm during the summer:

We are so excited to invite you to our Jellyfish Lantern Workshop! Join us for an evening of creativity and light as we craft these beautiful, glowing sea friends together. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon, cultivating joy and making something truly unique. At The Therapy Garden, we love creating spaces where everyone can bloom and express themselves! 🌿🌷

For too long, the focus was on "fixing" individuals to fit a neurotypical mold. At The Therapy Garden, we’re doing things differently! Neuro-affirming care shifts the focus from fixing the person to fitting the environment. 🏡🌷

Instead of asking someone to change who they are, we change the space to help them thrive. Growth happens best when roots are supported! This looks like:
✨ Dimming lights for sensory comfort
✨ Flexible sessions that follow the client's lead
✨ Providing sensory tools & AAC options
✨ Creating a low-stress, inclusive atmosphere!
