• Has a hard time showing what you’re feeling
• Takes care of everyone else, even when it costs you
• Sometimes feels like an outsider, even when you’re surrounded by people

Our Radically Open Skills Class is designed for people who may recognize some of these patterns and want to build greater flexibility, openness, and connection with others.

The class begins Wednesday, September 9 at our Heath office and meets Wednesdays from 3:00–4:15 PM. New participants can also join after the start date.

The class is led by Elizabeth Corbin, PsyD and can be billed to insurance or attended self-pay for $50 per session.

Call Angelica at 614-706-2201. Before joining, participants will complete two individual assessment and orientation sessions with Dr. Corbin.

Every Child Has Difficult Days.

Sometimes, they need a little extra support—and that's okay.

As the excitement of a new school year settles in, it's normal for children and teens to have some ups and downs. New teachers, changing routines, friendships, and academic expectations can all bring added stress.

Most children adjust with time, patience, and encouragement.

However, if your child is experiencing ongoing anxiety, frequent emotional outbursts, difficulty concentrating, significant mood changes, or struggles that begin interfering with school or home life, it may be time to seek additional support.
