There are 2 ways to start pilates today. Start with your mat class on Tuesday at 8:00 am or message me or call and set up your 3 private sessions and learn all about the pilates equipment. Pilates is a life changer. Classical pilates has a system and there are layers of exercises. Don’t be intimidated by all the videos you see on Instagram. Honestly, most of what you see is not what Joseph Pilates designed. pilates is a game changer for longevity.

Meet Julie. 83 years old. Rides horses. Does Pilates.
And this week? She just got fitted for custom riding boots — handcrafted for her by a small boot maker all the way from England.
Look at that smile.
There’s something really special about a craftsman who takes the time to create something just for a person — not off a shelf, not one-size-fits-all, but made for her, for the life she’s still living fully at 83.
That kind of care is rare. And it deserves to be celebrated.
Julie is living proof that age is not a finish line. She shows up for herself — in the saddle, on the reformer, and apparently, in beautifully fitted boots. Thank you you are just amazing !
