Our quarterly Town Hall was a great success! We spent time celebrating our recent annual survey results, recognizing teammates through our recognition program with lanyards and pins, and enjoying an educational Jeopardy-style game that brought plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and team spirit.

It was a fun and engaging opportunity to learn, celebrate accomplishments, and strengthen connections across our team. Thank you to our dedicated Trinity Ridge teammates and the support of LSC for helping create such a positive and enjoyable workplace culture. Together, we continue to make Trinity Ridge a great place to live and work! 💙

And that’s a wrap on CNA Week at Trinity Ridge! 🎉

This week, we celebrated our incredible CNAs with a lasagna luncheon, slushie truck, coffee and food truck for night shift, popcorn, a sundae bar, and plenty of laughter and fun along the way.

Our CNAs are the heart of the care we provide each day. Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to our residents make a difference that cannot be measured. We are grateful for everything they do and proud to have such an exceptional team at Trinity Ridge.

We had a great birthday celebration for resident Arie Reinhardt Taylor! Hickory Mayor Hank Guess even stopped by to present her with a key to the city.

Arie was born in 1921 and is a renowned artist in the field of folk art.
