Our Colorado office is growing! 🎉 We’re super excited to welcome Dr. Cara Bowen to our EmpathyWell of Colorado team!

Cara is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Texas. She recently earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of North Texas, where she specialized in play therapy, filial therapy, and psychoeducational assessment. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, emotional and behavioral concerns, and self-esteem. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in public education, Cara also provides strengths-based developmental and psychoeducational assessments for children ages 3–16.
