“Remember when we first met?”💗

I’m sure you and your partner have asked each other this question many times over the years. Your shared history is a vital part of your bond, and a trip down memory lane always reminds you of the magical spark that connected you in the first place.

The Happy Couples Project is offering an event in June, giving couples the opportunity to celebrate each special moment in the story of their relationship:

⟡Spend the morning reminiscing about how your relationship began; reflecting on your highest highs as a couple as well as the challenges you have grown through.
⟡Use storytelling and art techniques to create your own “Story of Us.”
⟡Take your final product home as a memento of everything you’ve done together, that you can display in your home.

This will be a fun, nostalgic trip down memory lane for you and your partner. Join Cameron Madill on Saturday, June 13 from 9am to 12pm to create a lasting memento of your relationship story.

*Free childcare available!

Can trust really be rebuilt after an affair?

Not through quick forgiveness. Not by “moving on.”

Real healing is slower — and more honest — than most people expect.

It requires accountability, difficult conversations, and a willingness to rebuild something new together.

Some couples call it Marriage 2.0.

Read the full post to understand what rebuilding trust actually looks like — and how forgiveness unfolds over time.

After an affair, many couples turn to therapy — but not all therapy is equipped to help.

In fact, the wrong approach can unintentionally deepen the hurt.
Affair recovery requires something different: clear responsibility, emotional safety, and a structured path forward.

Without that, couples often stay stuck.

In this post, Sabrina Walters Counseling, LLC breaks down what makes affair recovery therapy different — and why that difference can shape whether healing actually happens.
